Need a Hand?
Helping Hands ministers to shut-ins, widowed, disabled, single moms, families or individuals dealing with critical illness or recovery from surgery who may require a bit of assistance from time to time.
Our time and services are offered on a volunteer basis and free of charge to our church family. Our Helpers will never ask or accept payment from anyone. We can provide transportation to medical appointments, do errands or shopping, yard work, handyman chores, light housekeeping, provide an occasional meal, just to name a few of the possibilities. We are not set up to provide on-going care or services on a routine basis.
Please call Ministry Coordinator, Becky Ludwig, 419.281.2528 to request our services. We’ll work with you to match you with one of our Helpers to get the job done!
Interested in volunteering with Helping Hands?
Contact Becky Ludwig for more information. Your participation is strictly voluntary and you will not be bound by a schedule but rather serve on an on-call basis. You would need your own vehicle for transportation needs. Come join us!
